I'll post my current SysCheck report here. The report is a summary of the system and all the currently installed IOSes and their version numbers. Have you tried to run a SysCheck? SysCheck is a utility that creates a report and saves it to the SD card. I am going to try a few IOS updates/changes using Modmii to see if any help. My sysCheck report shows a few differences from the those reported in the digital kaos thread. It refers to a Wii with 4.3U system, but I think it's the same problem. If you Google: wii-4-3e-softmodded-usb-loader-gx-v2-3-all-games-freeze-hangs-please-help-352816 You'll find the thread on digital kaos. I can't share it until I have 5 posts here. I found a thread that might help shed some light on the trouble. It can't write its report so it gives and error message. SysCheck works but throws an error (although it doesn't crash) if I run a scan with no SD card. I noticed some utilities like sysCheck only write to SD. I'm running HBC and USB CFG Loader from a 250 GB USB HDD. I get a black screen and hard freeze after a games' initial start screen. If I enable Ocarina cheats in USB CFG, WiiFlow, etc. I have never tried to use them until now. I did not notice a sudden failure of Ocarina cheats. I have a similar set up (Wii 4.2U and CFG USB Loader 70r65) and similar trouble.
